In 10g 10.1.0.4 STANDARD edition, the following is introduced in your
alert.log file:

 Unable to restore resource manager plan to '':
 ORA-02097 (See ORA-02097.ora-code.com): parameter cannot be modified because specified value is invalid
 ORA-00439 (See ORA-00439.ora-code.com): feature not enabled: Database resource manager


It seems that something internal in the database is using an
Enterprise only features :-)

I just find it funny.
